🛍️ Overview

We offer digital products including eLearning courses, exam simulators, and official exam vouchers. All content is delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped unless explicitly stated.

✅ Refund Eligibility
  • eLearning Courses: Full refund within 10 days if the course has not been accessed yet.
  • Exam Simulators: Full refund within 10 days if the simulated exam has not been attempted yet.
  • Official Exam Vouchers: Refund within 10 days of voucher issuance, provided the voucher has not been activated or scheduled.
🌍 Exam Voucher Region & Pricing

Pricing for exam vouchers is based on the buyer’s country. Vouchers may be region-restricted and unusable outside the selected country. It is the buyer’s responsibility to choose the correct region. More info: PeopleCert Exam Regions Guide.

📦 Multi-Item Orders

Partial refunds may be issued for individual items based on the above criteria.
